Who is our creative, property-loving brain-box?
Nick Jones
Nick has been renovating homes since 2008, starting with his first flat in Sydney, then moving onto bigger houses of his own, projects for family and friends, and finally, making his passion his work.
Nick is an expert in working out how people want to live in their spaces. He has design vision, project management skills, and can negotiate great deals with your trades.
The family!
in 2004, Nick tempted an Englishwoman to move to Wales and to marry him (Sue Carter). Sue clearly loved Wales so much that 18 years later, she tempted Sue's sister (Lucy Devine) and her husband (Tim Devine) to follow, buying a house in the next street. Lucy and Sue's mum (Val Carter) then turned up and bought a flat later that year!
The whole family has worked on this renovation.

Despite being 83, Sue and Lucy's Mum was roped into helping - here she is hoovering, ably assisted by Ripley The Dog.
Weeding
Lucy normally has her head in a legal document, so bringing the gardens back to life has been a lovely change, even weeding.
